Title

Brief Summary of Eastern Trip by Emil Hanse, 1920

Description

This report written by Emil Hansen details the conditions of grounds of colleges and universities across the United States. In 1920, President E.G. Peterson would have been considering hosting the National Summer School program at the Utah Agricultural College, and Emil Hansen's report and landscape gardening helped to make improvements to the campus grounds to increase the competitiveness of the college in hosting the program. In 1924, after several years of campus development, the UAC launched the National Summer School program to much success.
