He falls asleep and receives motivation from the appearance of presidents George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, and Woodrow Wilson in a dream. The former presidents explain what the NRA is and does, inspiring Powell to create the song, &quot;The Road is Open Again&quot; telling of how President Franklin Delano Roosevelt will lead the nation to financial recovery. ]]></dcterms:description>
