This excerpt describes Kiyota&#039;s memories of  an FBI interview at Topaz. The FBI was suspicious of Kiyota because he was a Kibei, someone who was born in the United States, but was educated in Japan. As a result, Kiyota was not allowed to leave the camp and go to college as his other classmates did.]]></dcterms:description>
