Title

Bondholder Protective Committee Letter to Champ, 1940

Description

In 1940, the Utah-Idaho Central Railroad Company was purchased and reincorporated as the Utah-Idaho Central Railroad Corporation. As a result of the reincorporation, bondholders received a portion of their bond deposits and were also able to convert their bonds into the new stock of the corporation.
