Description

This article outlines the reasons behind the liquidation of the Becker Manufacturing Company. The Becker Manufacturing Company of Ogden was formed after the Becker Brewing and Malting Company of Ogden was dissolved in 1917. Upon the dissolution of the Becker Manufacturing Company, which only existed for two years, the Company was reincorporated as the Becker Products Company. The corporation would be known as the Becker Products Company until the Becker's stopped manufacturing beverages in 1964.
